This repository ("the Materials") — including but not limited to the ASK
wordmark, mark, logo files, color palette, typography pairings, token
definitions, component specifications, pattern guidelines, written brand
voice, copywriting examples, illustrations, and accompanying documentation —
is the confidential and proprietary work product of Carraro Group and
mir-ai S.r.l. ("the Owners").

Access to this repository is granted on a need-to-know basis to:

  (a) employees, contractors, and consultants of the Owners acting in the
      course of their engagement with the Owners; and
  (b) external partners under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement that
      explicitly references the ASK project.

All other use, reproduction, distribution, modification, sublicensing,
display, performance, derivative-work creation, or commercial exploitation —
in whole or in part, in any medium, by any means, now known or hereafter
developed — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of
the Owners.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may NOT:

  1. Use the ASK name, wordmark, or mark to identify any product, service,
     campaign, or organization other than ASK itself.

  2. Apply the ASK design tokens, color palette, type pairings, or
     component patterns to any product, marketing surface, or asset that
     is not the ASK product or an authorized ASK-derivative artifact.

  3. Train, fine-tune, evaluate, or condition any machine-learning model
     on the contents of this repository.

  4. Re-publish or mirror any portion of this repository on a public-facing
     site, gist, package registry, model registry, or third-party
     archive.

Permitted internal use is bounded to:

  • Designing and building the ASK product, marketing site, sales
    collateral, and authorized partner integrations.
  • Producing internal training material that references the brand.
  • Conducting compliance, security, or accessibility review.

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATERIALS OR
THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MATERIALS.
